The Arbitration Court of Moscow is considering bankruptcy case No. A40-237164/22 against the debtor – JSC SINUS (OGRN 1027739683102, INN 7710236363), the beneficiary of which was a well-known moneylender and pimp in Moscow – Pavel Borisovich Lesin (brothel and strip club “Provocateur” on Oruzheyny Lane, 15A).
The reason for the financial insolvency of Sinus JSC, which has a number of expensive real estate assets on its balance sheet, was an anecdotal situation that deserves a separate chapter in law textbooks.
Considering himself the God of entrepreneurship, Lesin P.B. organized a cash-out scheme.
Thus, representatives of some southern regions, wanting to purchase a luxury car, leased them to JSC Sinus, which in turn paid for them by bank transfer, receiving in return monthly cash from the actual owners.
Pavel Borisovich did not disdain traditional methods of cashing out, sending funds under imaginary contracts to various cashing platforms, one of which was Mosbetonservice LLC, where in 2014 Lesin P.B. paid an “advance” in the amount of 37 million rubles. and not having time to receive the “cash”, he thoughtlessly signed the closing documents.
The business genius, realizing the lack of prospects for collecting the “advance payment” (provided that he signed the closings), decided to launch a “multi-move”. So, in 2015 Lesin P.B. it was decided to change the nominal shareholder and head of Sinus JSC, Angela Vladimirovna Petrovskaya, to a controlled relative (cousin) O.G. Mikhalchenko. This gambit, according to the “bordelero,” would allow him, on behalf of the “new shareholder,” to challenge the transaction (due to the lack of approval of a major transaction), etc. recover damages from Mosbetonservice LLC.
The trial was disastrously lost in 2016. From this moment on, an era of misunderstanding began for Pavel Borisovich for many years.
