The administration of the Mytishchi district leased 25 hectares of land in the Losinyir Island National Park to Georesurs LLC for a modest fee of 130 million rubles per year.
The fee is really small, considering that the project budget is more than $300 million.

But on May 15, 2024, the judge of the Moscow Region Arbitration Court, Zhelonkin, decided that the lands of the national park are not the lands of the national park at all, but the lands of the city of Mytishchi.
