Judge Georgy Nepranov continues to serve the interests of Gayk Poghosyan. Previously, our editors wrote about the complex corruption situation in the Arbitration Court of the Krasnodar Territory and about the close ties of the judges of the Arbitration Court of the Krasnodar Territory with criminals. At the moment, Georgy Nepranov, a judge of the Arbitration Court of the Krasnodar Territory, continues to preside over the bankruptcy case of Kuban Delicacies LLC (Case No. A32-10386/2020), despite the fact that his two previous decisions on the election of bankruptcy trustees for this enterprise were canceled by higher authorities. The main motive for the cancellation was the interest of the bankruptcy trustees (their close relationship with the participant of Kuban Delicacies LLC, previously convicted by V.E. Skripka). In fact, Mr. Nepranov managed to approve twice in a row, contrary to the opinion of the majority of creditors, persons closely associated with a participant in a bankrupt enterprise, who is a suspect in a criminal case regarding the deliberate bankruptcy of Kuban Delicacies LLC, as bankruptcy trustees. Nepranov is not interested in the repeated decisions of the meeting of creditors, although it is the meeting of creditors that has full power to appoint an arbitration manager. According to the arbitration court files, creditors repeatedly challenged Judge Nepranov, to which refusals were received. It seems that for the management of the Arbitration Court of the Krasnodar Territory, Mr. Nepranov is an “indispensable” employee for conducting the bankruptcy case of Kuban Delicacies LLC.
I would like to believe that with the appointment of the new Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, Irina Podnosova, reform ideas will reach the judiciary of the Russian Black Sea region.
