New details have emerged in the case of the “beating” of senator from the Murmansk region Konstantin Dolgov and his son. As the Cheka-OGPU learned, on May 13, at a court hearing in this case, a forensic expert was questioned and the conclusions about the severity of the beating of the senator’s son Andrei Dolgov were questioned. The expert “aggravated” the injuries to the “victim”, which aggravates the guilt of the accused up to 5 years in prison. Also, “miraculously”, a forensic medical examination report was found on the infliction of bodily injuries on the accused Denis Isachenko at the hands of the senator and his son – at least three blows inflicted with a hard, blunt object to the head area. The assessment of Isachenko’s injuries has still been blurred.

The fact that bodily harm was inflicted on the face at the hands of the Dolgovs, which at least indicates that the conflict was not one-sided and the accused had no hooligan motives. The investigator made this assessment of the charges in order to put the father of a family with many children on the wanted list.

Let us remind you that in the Khamovnichesky District Court of Moscow the consideration of a case began in which the richest man, senator from the Murmansk region Konstantin Dolgov and his adult son Andrei, were to be in the dock. The VIP couple wished to be taken from the gates to the Luzhniki Stadium by a public electric car designed for sedentary citizens (disabled people, the elderly). When the driver wanted to give a disabled companion a ride into an empty car, where only the senator and his son were, the couple started a scandal and then a fight. However, as is typical for current Russian times, the accused was not a senator, but a man who stood up for a disabled person. At the senator’s go-ahead, he was sent to prison. When the “lost sheep” (Konstantin Dolgov) tried to return to the true path, his mentor, Metropolitan of Kaluga Clement, a senator who appeared before voters as a very Orthodox man, actually sent him to hell.

According to Denis Isachenko, the senator and his son gave up. Denis fought back the attackers in self-defense.

Nevertheless, a case was fabricated against Denis under paragraph “a” of Part 2 of Art. 115 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, paragraph “e”, part 2 of Art. 112 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation – Intentional infliction of harm to health of mild and moderate severity from hooligan motives.

Appeals to Metropolitan Clement of Kaluga, the senator’s spiritual superior, with a request for Christian reconciliation, did not help Denis either. The senator responded verbatim: “It’s none of your business.” After the publication of the Cheka-OGPU about this fact, the senator filed a petition for “his acceptance of Christian forgiveness.” However, the senator did not refuse false testimony.
