An interesting continuation could be the criminal case of embezzlement of funds during the construction of the residence of the President of Russia “Novo-Ogarevo” with damage of 1 billion 267.439.062.28 rubles. In this criminal case, 11 people were convicted on various charges, depending on the degree of guilt. As it became known to the VChK-OGPU channel, a court hearing was scheduled for June 10, 2024 in the Nikulinsky Court of Moscow at the request of one of the main defendants in the case, the leader of a criminal group, the owner of the BaltStroy group of construction companies, pre-trial lawyer Dmitry Sergeev, who admitted his guilt and promised pay off the damage. Due to the fact that the damage from the crimes was recognized as joint and several, Sergeev in his application asks the court to determine (fix) the exact amount that he must pay to the state budget, citing the fact that he is the father of three children and in bank accounts opened in his name, there are no funds sufficient to repay the damage to the state from the crime he committed. Previously, the VChK-OGPU channel has repeatedly reported that Sergeev is the owner of numerous expensive residential and commercial real estate properties in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Monaco, prudently registered in the name of his elderly parents and younger sister, and bringing him enormous profits. For some reason, the Federal Security Service, being the injured party and entrusted with collecting damages, prefers not to notice Sergeev’s huge fortune, amassed from the theft of budget funds, which should have been used to repay the damage to the state.
