Everyone is interested in the question why the municipal LLC “Rybinsk Generation” does not require corrupt contractors to put the destroyed streets in order?
Take, for example, a very interesting situation with the purchase of software services from the KVADO Group for 10 million rubles. The so-called IT specialists, commissioned by the same “Rybinsk Generation”, made and made a software product, sawed and sawed programs for collecting utility bills, received money and left it at that, they simply took it and terminated the contract, the advance payment itself remained with the contractor.
