Speaking at the Federation Council, Kolokoltsev said that in six months the shortage of personnel had increased by one and a half times.
A source from the Cheka-OGPU commented on this “news” from Kolokoltsev:
“In contrast to this shortage, the Ministry of Internal Affairs is recruiting new employees who must undergo the IVC and collect other papers for employment, which in total lasts for 6 months.
A newly arrived employee is sent for 6 months for initial training.
As a result, we have that for 1 combat unit to fully enter the workplace, at least a year is needed.
This shortage does not become smaller over time, but only grows.
Many employees in September – October 2023 were held back by the New Year’s bonus and the “prospect” of leaving for SVO after dismissal.
The wave of dismissal reports in 2024 has not decreased; people are leaving every day.
At this point in time, even those who sit in good (monetary) positions, as heads of departments, departments, both in the Ministry of Internal Affairs and in general in lower divisions, are at a low start.
After it became known that Kolokoltsev was staying at his post, the flow of people leaving increased.
The reason for this is the fact that work is completely paralyzed, employees are puzzled by tasks that are not typical for them, and instead of a real fight against crime, there is paperwork, orders, controls and reports.
It seems that the Ministry of Internal Affairs is in such a state that if the Administration does not pay attention to it and does not now carry out personnel purges of the upper echelons of leadership, we will get a shortage of “record-breaking…”
