“The presidential administration called in the evening and said: we urgently need laughing gas!”
A supplier of xenon, popular among the elite, who was caught making a test purchase after the death of Anton Cherepennikov from an overdose of this gas, told the Cheka-OGPU about regular buyers of expensive cylinders. They turned out to be clinics, sanatoriums, and settlements of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation (UDP) of the Russian Federation. The most regular customers turned out to be in the Kremlin sanatorium “Barvikha”.
The head of ICS Holding, technology entrepreneur Anton Cherepennikov, before his death, underwent a “xenon therapy session” and died in the office in July 2023 from consuming gas. This fact received a wide response (the Cheka-OGPU was the first to report the details of the businessman’s death) and the security forces tried to “shake up” the market.
In November 2023, 57-year-old Larisa Usacheva was detained during a control “purchase” in a private clinic in the southeast. The woman introduced herself as a courier and brought a xenon cylinder for 465 thousand rubles. She was caught red-handed, questioned and released.
As it turned out, the lady is the founder (fictitiously) of a large company supplying “noble gas”. She is still surprised, they say, for some reason she was not detained either at the UDP clinic or at the government sanatorium in Barvikha, where she supplied gas for years. It becomes clear why they didn’t involve anyone and didn’t even bother the “courier” for the last six months after he was caught within the walls of the Eva-Med clinic.
However, according to a source from the Cheka-OGPU, despite high-ranking clients, a criminal case was recently opened under the article of the Criminal Code “Provision of services that do not meet security requirements,” although so far against unidentified persons.
