The sale price of Rosspirtprom shares to Akaev’s structure was officially fixed by the trading platform of the Federal Property Management Agency as a result of “pressing a button,” i.e. consent to purchase shares from the buyer. All actions to purchase shares were also confirmed by the electronic signature of the buyer, but Akaev decided to cancel the auction and subsequently purchase Rosspirtprom shares cheaper, causing damage to the State in the amount of at least 2.5 billion rubles. Being in constant contact with the Federal Property Management Agency and his consultants from the 31st floor, Shusharev and Tsipinov, Akaev developed a mutually beneficial scheme for all members of the group, in which the sale of shares on 04/19/2024 should be declared invalid. Thus, having betrayed the interests of the State, the leaders of the Federal Property Management Agency, giving secret orders, are preparing Rosspirtprom for a re-sale, as a result of which the company’s shares will be sold at a lower price. It’s hard to believe what’s happening, but all interested employees of the FSB, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Prosecutor’s Office can verify this (all information is in the public domain), and Messrs.
