The Interlift service organization refused to work with the governor’s favorite, Alexander Samokhin.
Samokhin’s management companies owe resource supply organizations almost 100 million rubles. Since the debt had not been paid for more than a year, the resource manager terminated the contract with the unscrupulous management companies and turned off the elevators, as required by regulations. To save Samokhin from responsibility, Chibis demanded that a criminal case be opened against Interlift and that the equipment be turned on.
