The Solnechnogorsk TV series now has its competitor, namely the Istra TV series, where a criminal case was initiated under Part 4 of Article 159 No.12201460011001177in which the former owners of the land plot, in collusion with the owner of the cottage village “Anosino Club House” Dmitry Valentinovich Tolasov (TIN 7714478684, Legal address: Moscow, Sorge St., 6, bldg. 3, apt. 37) decided take it away from a mother with many children, who purchased this plot from entrepreneurs. The following can be said about Tolasov: he actively appeared in St. Petersburg, where from the late 1990s to the early 2000s he became the object of attention of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. This citizen was noticed in fraudulent transactions, in a number of contract killings, where he was considered as an organizer. After he became too noticeable in the city, he was “recommended” to leave it, and with some money he moved to the Istrinsky district of the Moscow region, where he began to build cottages, etc. However, as they say, God marks the rogue, and you can’t hide your insides, which is what manifested itself in this situation.

To solve any criminal case and identify the customer, it is important to know the motive, which is clearly presented in the diagram above. This plot of land does not fit into the concept of a cottage village where houses of the same type are located. Tolasov D.V. is not interested in the emergence of an independent site in his cottage community. The fact is that the site was formed with “jagged” boundaries in the perimeter, and the latter did not have time to register this site as property.
Background: entrepreneurs purchased a land plot for “Agricultural purposes” from the first owner, changed the type of land to “Dacha construction”, thereby increasing the liquidity of this plot, after which they offered it to the owner of this cottage village at a price significantly lower than the market value, which is confirmed by the purchase agreement – sales with a mother of many children.

However, he, along with his brother, responded by offering the cost of this plot, to which the entrepreneurs did not agree. After which, he continued to threaten that he has corrupt connections in the Moscow Region Prosecutor’s Office, the Police and the Istra District Court. Having entered into a criminal conspiracy with the original owner of the site, they filed civil suits and, at the same time, opened a criminal case for fraud.

In court, it immediately became clear which side the judge was on – all the defendants’ arguments were rejected, and the applicant, in turn, repeatedly changed his position in court, which was accepted “with a bang!” The examination ordered by the court also confirmed the arguments of the corruption component, where the expert, contrary to all the Ministry of Justice methods, as well as himself and what he describes on his personal YouTube channels, made a completely opposite conclusion, where he indicated that “the egg was born before the hen” . The experts who reviewed his examination clearly concluded that this was a custom-made examination that did not correspond to the real state of affairs.
The head of the Investigation Department, together with the investigator, did not hide the fact that this case was ordered and the goal was to take away this land plot, which is confirmed by the threats of Dmitry Valentinovich Tolasov, who blocked the owner’s access to her land plot by installing his fence.

There is no need to talk about the moral principles of the Moscow Region Prosecutor’s Office, the Police and the Istra District Court, who want to take away her land plot from a mother with many children.
