As the Cheka-OGPU learned, local lawyer Artem Efimov, who is a republican mega-fixer who worked for Evgeny Dvoskin and Oleg Krishtal, was detained in Crimea. Both are now on a special account in Crimea for their services to the republican leadership and “their” figures from business and the banking sector. And Krishtal is even tipped to become mayor of Kerch. Oleg Krishtal, in the pre-Russian times of Crimea, was one of the “right hands” of the current leader of the republic Aksenov, who in those years did not really respect the law, turning out quite strong fraudulent schemes.
Artem Efimov is the owner of the law firm “Competent Lawyer”, who has spread a network of his representative offices throughout the peninsula. Efimov, despite his youth, had already worked in the Russian prosecutor’s office, from where he was fired for negative reasons. And, like some of his colleagues, having moved to private legal practice, he went to work as a “resolver,” criminally resolving peninsular issues regarding land and real estate.
Efimov suggested resolving the issue at the State Registration Committee to one of the clients and was detained. His accomplice from the State Committee on Registration, Alexey Laptev, was also detained.
According to the source, Krishtal, after the security forces’ raid on the offices of the “Competent Lawyer,” has already activated his resources. The “necessary connections” among their own are trying to get rid of Efimov.
