– Raindrop sro – registered in 2006, specializes in real estate rental. Irina Chekmeneva has owned 100% shares since 2019. For 2022, the company’s total assets amounted to 62.5 million Czech crowns (about 193 million rubles). In 2009-2011, the company owned 100% of the shares in United Industrial Company JSC, which belongs to the Rudgormash group. From 2007 to 2011, the owner of Raindrop sro was Tatyana Chekmeneva, daughter of Irina and Anatoly Chekmenev;
– ND Studio designerského project sro – registered in 2011, specializes in production, trade and services. Irina Chekmeneva is director and owner of 100% shares since 2020. For 2022, the company’s total assets amounted to 375 thousand Czech crowns (1.1 million rubles).
In addition to the Czech Republic, Chekmenev and his family also own assets in Switzerland, Spain, Germany and Montenegro.
Surprisingly, European assets do not prevent Chekmenev from receiving subsidies from the Ministry of Industry and Trade – and not giving them back. The corresponding claim against the business empire of a Voronezh merchant for the return of 80 million rubles has already is considering court.
It is known that Chekmenev is actively trying to shift responsibility for his own decisions to hired managers – which partly leads to bankruptcy. So, for example, at one time there was accused member of the board of directors of Rudgormash Vyacheslav Enin, and most recently losses for the Rudgormash export contract hanged against the former director V. Zabotin.
Currently, the Rudgormash group is experiencing another bankruptcy due to the transfer of assets to foreign jurisdictions. We can only hope that Chekmenev’s actions will receive an assessment from the Prosecutor General’s Office, which should be interested in both the schemes for the withdrawal of assets and the sponsorship of enemy economies, as well as the procedure for privatizing the enterprise in the 90s.
