As the Cheka-OGPU learned, the Swiss company AB Energo AG, which is managed through affiliates by Korobovsky’s wife, Kazakh citizen Anar, entered into a contract with the Polish coal giant Krex. The Polish company sells coal throughout Europe. AB Energo AG is a subsidiary of the Ukrainian company of the same name, which produces various metal products and conducts trading operations in the field of energy resources, headed by Anar Korobovskaya.
Context is also important in what is happening. On May 8, President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov arrived in Moscow. Korobovsky is also in the capital, although he was excluded from the delegation at the last moment. 
At the same time, Nikolai Korobovsky is trying to maintain his reputation in the EU and orders complimentary articles.
It is noteworthy that in the materials he is called a “Kyrgyz businessman.” Korobovsky tries in every possible way not to identify himself with the Russian Federation, which ultimately does not work in his favor.
