As the Cheka-OGPU wrote, the employees of the police department in Losino-Petrovsky were on a tight hook in the CSS. And all the inconsistencies in the case of the shooting of two police officers by a drug dealer in the forest on April 7, as well as the zeal of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to hush up the emergency, directly indicate that local law enforcement officers were systematically engaged in extortion.
The victims of the high-profile execution were also in the pipeline: assistant to the district police officer Sergei Efimenko and detective Grigory Serov, who, apparently, first arranged an auction, giving Vasily Buryakov the opportunity to shoot them almost point-blank. This unforeseen circumstance made them heroes and victims, and their own security officers waited for everything to settle down and exactly a month later they sent the material to the Investigative Committee and today, on May 7, a criminal case was opened against other police officers of the Losino-Petrovsky OP.
According to a source from the Cheka-OGPU, detective Roman Dydalev (dismissed from the authorities on March 22, 2024), detective Vladimir Ronkin and detective Sergei Vengrin are suspected of receiving a bribe. The last two employees were dismissed on September 15, 2023 due to gross violation of official discipline and have been held in custody in a previously initiated criminal case, also for taking a bribe, since December 2023.
“New Case”, in fact, does not differ in scenario from the previous ones. In April 2023, this trio detained a local resident, went to his apartment, where he gave them the narcotic hemp-cannabis drug, weighing more than 5 grams, stored in his possession (the exact weight has not been established). The detainee was taken to the Losino-Petrovsky OP, where Dydalev, Ronkin and Vengrin extorted 600 thousand rubles from him, which he withdrew from his account and gave to the werewolves in exchange for freedom.

The Cheka-OGPU conducted its investigation into the fatal attack on police officers in Chernogolovka and discovered a lot of oddities, as well as the desire of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to “hush up” much in this story.
