JSC “GK Monolit” is under raider takeover, carried out by falsifying criminal cases against the owner of the holding and his wife, who previously protected him.
In relation to Igor Konstantinov, the FSB Internal Security Service officers pushed through the reopening of the criminal case, which was terminated in 2020 due to his non-involvement in the commission of a crime. For more than a year, all actions of the preliminary investigation body have been canceled by the courts and go around in circles.
So in this case, a real customer appeared; in April 2024, the Ministry of Internal Affairs in St. Petersburg received a confession that was stubbornly ignored and not verified.
The person who committed the crime has not yet been interrogated; a year ago he submitted a petition to the investigator to interrogate him, since he has information that will affect the course of the investigation of the criminal case, the petition was granted, but the person was never interrogated. The preliminary investigation body has not questioned a single person who has actual information about the crime committed and refuting Konstantinov’s guilt. Because after carrying out the necessary investigative actions, this criminal case will need to be terminated.
The investigative authorities, represented by Grigorieva, are in no hurry either to interrogate individuals or to process the confession received. Because the time frame for the investigation in this case is negligible, and if it is resumed, he will need to be taken to Moscow, and then the investigation department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs will need to somehow explain his inaction with reason. Employees of the Main Investigation Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region are completely subordinate to the FSB Internal Security Officer V.A. Tugov.
To the author and creator of this story, which is aimed at a raider takeover of a large production holding, they are the hands that create the lawlessness generated by this officer for their own personal purposes, contrary to the interests of the service.
The Investigative Committee for the Leningrad Region fabricated a criminal case against Konstantinov’s wife. She was his lawyer in order to remove her from the escape.
And also to put pressure on her husband. This episode was also created and supervised by V.A. Tugov. It is his unit that provides operational support for this criminal case, and it was this FSB officer who was present during her arrest and interrogations.
There is absolutely no evidence in the case, except for the testimony of a single person who was not previously acquainted with Konstantinov and had never seen or even communicated with her before committing the crime, as in the case of Konstantinov himself, the testimony of one single person who has repeatedly were previously refuted by the preliminary investigation body.
