Apparently, the cartel participants, who did not want to miss out on such a “tidbit,” used all possible connections and resources to overturn the sensational decision of the FAS. How else can one explain the fact that the cassation instance, represented by the Arbitration Court of the Moscow District, is postponing the consideration of the case for the second time and will hold a third meeting on May 7, 2024, when, according to statistics, even two cassation hearings are very rare?

The court was not embarrassed by the fact that this case was of interest not only to the investigative authorities, whose role remains unknown, but also attracted the attention of numerous media outlets. Was the once powerful FAS really so powerless in this case to resist the illegal activities of the “cartel”?
