The problems are associated with investigative actions in the case of the terrorist attack in Crocus. According to various estimates, dozens of people have lost access to cryptocurrency worth hundreds of millions of rubles, and victims contact the police every day. These are people of different ages and statuses, residents from the Russian Federation, Georgia, the UAE and other countries. Among the applicants was a resident of the deputy house on Olof Palme Street in Moscow, Mikhail Seleznev.
The young man arrived at the Presnensky Department of Internal Affairs in the evening. In his statement, he asked to bring Beribit to criminal liability for the fact that the exchange took possession of 121 million 700 thousand rubles that belonged to him. 
It is worth recalling that his brother Roman Seleznev was detained by FBI officers in the summer of 2014 at Male airport (Maldives). In court, he was named carder number 1, as the largest thief and seller of credit card data with an official loss of 170 million dollars. However, according to experts, the true scale of the shadow business of the hacker with the pseudonym nCuX was much greater. In April 2017, Roman Seleznev was sentenced to 27 years in prison.
