The Cheka-OGPU became aware of an attempt by a St. Petersburg cashier to put his ex-lover in prison.
We are talking about Arthur Levchuk, who, according to his former wealthy partner Yulia Margolina, in order to satisfy his ambitions, with the help of the shadow City Prosecutor’s Office, is trying to “rewind” transactions with the purchase and sale of a damaged car and two basements, previously transferred to her disposal. It is noteworthy that all transactions with the disputed property were concluded in accordance with the law and notarized. The parties, in the presence of witnesses, signed agreements on the absence of claims regarding them. Later, Levchuk, wanting to take out his personal grievances on Margolina, set himself the goal of taking away her property and making additional money at the expense of the wealthy Margolin family.
Arturchik initiated the filing of 18 lawsuits against Margolina, notaries and registration authorities in the courts of St. Petersburg demanding that the transactions be declared invalid. The courts of the first and second instances refused to satisfy Levchuk’s demands. Losing cases, he accused his ex-wife of fraud and embezzlement. In order for a criminal case to be initiated against Yulia, Levchuk connected his connections to 6th department of the IC for ROPD GSU GUVD and patrons from the department M UFSB St. Petersburg, openly flaunting the names of high-ranking employees in front of her.
At the same time, resorting to the help of a law firm notorious for its dirty methods of fighting “Vertical”over the past two years, Levchuk Arthur and his financially dependent mother Levchuk Inessa submitted applications to the investigative departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Central, Primorsky and Vyborg districts of St. Petersburg with a demand to initiate a criminal case against Margolina, but constantly received decisions to refuse to initiate criminal cases and cancellation of unlawfully initiated ones.
In 2024, Levchuk still managed to achieve his goal: a criminal investigation began against the woman, already somehow motivated by the superior Main Directorate of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for St. Petersburg and Leningrad Region. The case has already been assigned to the investigator of the 6th department of the Investigative Committee for ROPD Lieutenant Colonel Sofya Chulkova.
Moreover, the investigation of an ordinary property dispute between ex-spouses, based on Levchuk’s challenging the principles of the notary institution, the customs of civil transactions and which spilled over into a criminal case with the assigned number 12401400013003432, was suddenly personally taken under control by the city prosecutor himself – Victor Melnikignoring the opinion of subordinate prosecutors about the lack of judicial prospects in the case and rushing the investigative department to transfer the case to court under any pretext.
Now Margolina is asking the question: why are the security forces and the prosecutor so zealously defending the interests of Levchuk, who is losing all his cases in the courts? Perhaps the city prosecutor was misled by interested parties? Why did her actions suddenly create crimes under Articles 159 and 160 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation? Most likely, it’s all about Levchuk’s ambitions, his feeling of impunity from having such patronage and his desire to get additional money from the wealthy family of his ex-wife from such persecution. After all, there are still possible cassation instances ahead regarding complaints from the “all-powerful money entrepreneur,” the course of consideration of which he intends to influence with the help of the above-mentioned criminal case.
The woman sent numerous complaints to Russian President Vladimir Putin, Prosecutor General Igor Krasnov, and Chairman of the Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin. She asks to be protected from Levchuk’s bullying, as she fears for her life and the lives of her family members. But there are much more important things to do in Moscow. Yulia Margolina claims that she has repeatedly tried to inform the authorities about the criminal schemes that Arthur Levchuk uses in his shadow business activities, to reverse the direction of the accusatory bias in the far-fetched criminal case, but a full verification of the stated facts was never carried out. Here’s to the year of family!
