This time, the entrepreneurs ended up in the pre-trial detention center at the request of the victim, who provided the head of the 11th Department of Economic Security and Combating, Alexey Gulua, who is accompanying the case, with air tickets purchased in the names of Balakhovsky and Bosinzon from Minsk, through Baku to Tel Aviv. The unlucky fraudster managed to make a number of mistakes in these tickets:
-Balakhovsky’s last name is indicated with two errors and does not correspond to the passport data
-Bosinzon’s name is indicated incorrectly, a non-existent passport number is indicated, the expiration date of which generally coincides with the expiration date of Balakhovsky’s passport.
– Where did Shapiro get the tickets for Balakhovsky and Bosinzon? Of course he bought them himself!
– the scammer thought of buying tickets with two transfers, if you can fly to Israel directly from Moscow and comfortably?
– Shapiro is so illiterate that he doesn’t even know that we have a common border control base with Belarus and it’s pointless to fly through Minsk.
– What is the point of entrepreneurs appearing in court and defending their good name and freedom if they were going to hide? Why did they come to court and not be halfway to Baku during the court hearing? – curious, Shapiro bought these tickets? Or did you just book it and regret the money? Or was he afraid of leaving a legacy? – and where can you even fly on tickets issued with three mistakes in two names, and even on a non-existent passport?
October 31, 2023 The appeal overruled the decision of the Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region in the case of a raider takeover of the domestic production of household chemicals. The court established the facts of Shapiro’s attempt to completely take over the shares of the B&B business to the detriment of the interests of Balakhovsky and Bosinzon and even a threat to their lives, and also noted the facts of Shapiro’s dishonesty.
The entrepreneurs, realizing that in the ordered criminal case against them there are no victims, no prosecution witnesses, no damage, no evidence, calmly came to the next court hearing.
Shapiro felt the complete collapse of the case and resorted to provocation in order to deceive the prosecutor’s office and the court, as he has been doing all his miserable life. This provocation is typical, hackneyed, an ordinary false denunciation, for which Shapiro has already been imprisoned. Through the hands of his friend Gulua, who has been pursuing entrepreneurs for 12 years and about whose “exploits” dozens of articles have been written in the media and social networks, Shapiro is trying to imprison entrepreneurs.
In this situation, the ease with which the prosecutor’s office and the court allow themselves to be manipulated also raises questions. Evidence was completely falsified, false or non-existent travel documents were used. The court, realizing that the tickets were presented by the prosecution, accepts this fact without any verification and changes the preventive measure. A provocation fabricated from lies and hatred is obvious. Such provocations are not new, and will happen again and again – after all, this is the corporate style of the Tumarkin-Zolotov-Shapiro gang and his incompetent accomplices.
