After a series of publications by the Cheka-OGPU about the lawlessness of employees of PKU IK-6 Black Dolphin, Sol – the Iletsky Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee opened a criminal case under Part 3 of Art. 286 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, in relation to Sanat Zhumagaleevich Taspenov. A criminal case was initiated on the basis of Taspenov’s systematic brutal beatings of convicts, without any reason. It is worth noting that by the resolution of the Sol-Iletsky district court dated 04/05/2024 (judge V.E. Murzakov) the arrest of Taspenov was refused. After the initiation of a criminal case against Taspenov, the prosecutor spoke “confidentially” with a number of Black Dolphin prisoners and convinced them of the need to write statements against Taspenov. Not many people decided to write a statement against the sadistic warden Taspenov. However, even those prisoners who were not afraid to tell the truth, immediately after leaving the colony from the prosecutor’s office and the Investigative Committee, were subjected to a series of convincing dialogues with the still active employees of the colony. The latter very persistently recommended abandoning statements against Taspenov, and indeed not telling anything about the secrets of the Black Dolphin. The employees of IK-6 know how to explain clearly, there’s no arguing with that. In 2021-2022, during such “explanations”, several convicts were tortured to death. Yes, by the way, the walks required by law in the colony were also only during the visit of big guests from the prosecutor’s office and the Investigative Committee.

Earlier, the editorial board of the Cheka-OGPU found out the fate of Ilnaz Galyaviev (Kazan Shooter), who, after being taken to the Black Dolphin Correctional Institution in the Orenburg Region, disappeared for relatives and lawyers. A young man sentenced to life imprisonment is kept in solitary confinement and is not allowed to work without explanation. For a long time (more than 2 months) Ilnaz does not receive letters from relatives (they are not given to the prisoner). Also, letters written by Ilnaz himself are not sent.
Previously, we talked about how Ilnaz was beaten upon arrival at IK-6. The “check” carried out by the prosecutor’s office and the local investigative committee did not reveal any violations or signs of crime.
