In the capital city, Mr. Ustyugov’s career is on the rise. Perhaps his first place of work in Moscow is the Insigma company, an elite developer, in which Konstantin Valentinovich heads the Insigma Development division. Among the company’s projects are “Ordynka by Bosco Casa” in Bolshoi Ordynsky Lane, the “Noble Nest” complexes in Bolshoi Levshinsky Lane, “Tessinsky, 1” in the Kitay-Gorod area and others.
At the beginning of 2023, Konstantin Ustyugov, together with his Insigma colleague Alexey Rzhevtsev, created a new development company, Ultima Development. The first project of the new developer was the Orbital office complex on 3rd Magistralnaya Street, in the area of the so-called “Big City”.
Initially, investments in construction were estimated at 4–4.5 billion rubles. Today the complex has already been built and the numbers are known. According to the general contractor, the developers spent approximately 3 billion rubles and sold the property for approximately 9 billion rubles.
The main construction contractor was Kenmer LLC. Today, the customer’s debt to the builders, according to the contractor’s representatives, amounts to 462 million 800 thousand 504 rubles 33 kopecks. Mr. Ustyugov refused to pay this amount.
