In the spring of 2023, a respectable gentleman came to the management of a sports shoe store located at 1st Tverskaya Yamskaya 32 and offered cooperation, namely, to open three more NIKE stores in the Central Administrative District. 
Financing is provided by the gentleman and his partners, and the organization of all work is the responsibility of the store owner. The latter agreed. In the process of creating stores, it turned out that the gentleman and his partners are not easy people. The gentleman turned out to be Abramov, a former employee of the FSB Directorate for Moscow, previously convicted and fired. And one of his partners, Denis Parshin, is an active employee of Department M of the FSB Directorate for Moscow and Moscow Region. The businessman, who was initially approached by “Mr. Abramov,” despite the information received, created stores and registered them as individual entrepreneurs (Abramov and Parshin’s wife were later re-registered as Anastasia Parshina’s father, A.Yu. Zakharov). After the stores opened, Abramov categorically announced the termination of cooperation. And the former partner turned into a competitor. A week later, employees of the Economic Crimes Department of the Central Administrative District burst into his store and “carried out” the entire store. They seized shoes (sneakers) worth about 15 million rubles. Whether these shoes were sold in the “FSB stores” that had just opened at that time or were lying in the warehouse of the Internal Affairs Directorate, time will tell.
Why do we say “FSB stores”? And this is exactly how Abramov and Parshin spoke about them, making it clear that there are investors even higher.
Stores, the owners of which, according to Abramov and Parshin, are the FSB – “JUST SPORT” – Teatralny Prospect 5/1, “JUST SPORT” Kutuzovsky 57, “JUST SPORT” SEC Oceania – Kuznetsky Most 9.
By the way, the seizure of shoes was personally supervised by the head of the Department of Economic Security and the PC of the Central Administrative District Adaman S.S., who moved to this position from TINAO and is “untouchable” in the department, since he is considered a person from Department M of the FSB Directorate for Moscow and Moscow Region and individual employees of the FSB Central Office. The head of the OSB for the Central Administrative District, Korshunov, is aware of this story, but after a couple of calls he immediately removed himself from what was happening.
