In November 2023, realtor Yulia Marushina was in a hurry for an interview that was important for her – she wanted to head the sales department of a large agency. The crossings across Tverskaya were blocked, the police sent pedestrians on a detour because someone very important was passing (usually such measures are taken when Putin’s motorcade is passing). Yes, the pedestrian girl made a mistake when she decided to cross the cleared lanes (there were no cars nearby). But is this a reason to demolish a person with a company SUV? When Yulia stepped onto the empty roadway, a jeep (apparently a cover vehicle) jumped into the oncoming lane and hit the unfortunate woman at full speed.
According to eyewitnesses, the Toyota had a flashing bucket light on, but no sound. The driver turned out to be a certain Oleg Pochitaev. As the Cheka-OGPU found out, he serves in the FSB TsSN and was even a commander; he also served in the FSB OSOM (operational activities support department), in the State Defense department and even in the FSB Internal Affairs Directorate.
Pochitaev did not retreat from the scene of the accident, but he had nothing to fear. All information about the accident was simply not recorded everywhere. The victim herself was in the hospital for a long time in very serious condition. In January 2024, Yulia began to learn to walk again.
This accident is not reflected anywhere in the law enforcement system.
According to the Cheka-OGPU, on the second day after the accident, a certain person came to the hospital where Yulia was and handed 50 thousand rubles to the girl’s husband.
