The day before, First Deputy Chairman of the Committee on CIS Affairs, Eurasian Integration and Relations with Compatriots Kazbek Taisaev, member of the Committee on Security and Anti-Corruption Robert Kochiev, member of the Committee on Security and Anti-Corruption Biysultan Khamzaev and First Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Education Yana Lantratova held a meeting in the State Duma press conference “Russian alcohol market: problems and prospects.”
A logical problem for the entire alcohol market has become the problem of the gang of Tsipinov and Shusharev from the “31st floor”, which is actively taking over the alcohol industry together with a group of accomplices from the leadership of Rosalkogolregulirovanie and the Federal Tax Service. Damage from this activity is estimated at 30-50 billion rubles annually, not counting the illegal shutdown of existing and system-returning enterprises in the alcohol industry in a number of Russian regions.
Deputies will form an inter-factional working group to investigate the activities of the “31st Floor” and will take parliamentary control over the work of law enforcement agencies to prosecute Tsipinov and Shusharev for tax and economic crimes.

and perhaps the Federal Tax Service is now still awaiting an invitation to the Duma for a public report on the “31st Floor” case.
