At the same time, in 2016-2017, Simonenko committed a number of crimes against his former partner Alexander Pavlovich Zananyan. Simonenko and Zananyan did not share their joint business and the first hired two bandits who set fire to a house in Novorossiysk, owned by Zananyan. The local investigator, under pressure from Simonenko, wrote off the case as carelessness and did not initiate arson, although two Molotov cocktails were found at the crime scene. At the same time, the “fighters” hired by Simonenko committed an act of vandalism, smashing the grave of Zananyan’s father with a hammer, dousing the tombstone with paint and scratching out obscene words.
Colonel of the Internal Service Simonenko is also the owner of real estate with a total value of more than 4 billion rubles; it is registered in the name of his son Andrei and daughter Alina, as well as his wife’s sister. His children became the owners of shops, offices, houses, dachas, land plots in the city of Goryachiy Klyuch, Sochi, Krasnodar at the age of 14-16 years, without having worked anywhere for a day before. The same story with his wife’s sister.
It is necessary to conduct a check regarding the legality of the acquisition of the specified real estate in accordance with the Federal Law “On Combating Corruption” and the Code of Practice of the Russian Federation. All this real estate (55 objects) by Simonenko and his close relatives was acquired illegally through profits from corruption schemes.
This money was earned criminally through bribes and lobbying during the period when Simonenko was the head of the department of supervisory activities of the Krasnodar region. N.I. Dugov, A.A. Shekhovtsov, and A.M. Kudlenko, head of the regulatory and technical department, worked for him. And his deputy Andriishin A.V.
By the way, the regional Investigative Committee opened a criminal case under Part 6 of Art. against Colonel Kudlenko and Lieutenant Colonel Andriishin. 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (bribe on an especially large scale), the case was heard at meetings in the regional prosecutor’s office, covered in the media, but then faded away and quietly died out. Afterwards, Kudlenko and Andriishin retired and now receive pensions, and also enjoy all the benefits that they acquired through “backbreaking corrupt labor.”
In February 2023, Simonenko, completely insolent, wrote a complaint to a number of departments regarding the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Southern Federal District, Hero of Russia V.V. Ustinov. Simonenko wrote a complaint due to the fact that V.V. Ustinov did not approve his appointment as deputy head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, to a general position. It again featured his wallet accomplices, the same N.I. Dugov. and further down the list.
It turns out that the leadership of the Ministry of Emergency Situations needs people like Simonenko, although the security service officers were against it. Personnel officers of the main department of the region, at the command of the former head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia O.Zh. Volynkin. (currently under arrest, held in Lefortovo) they removed all documents negatively characterizing Simonenko from the case, concocted a “positive” case and sent it to the ministry. The leadership of the ministry also petitioned for Symonenko, despite the criminal cases, crime and his reinstatement to service with 4th degree obesity and heart disease.
Thus, Simonenko is again striving for power in order to resume corruption schemes for lobbying his companies, receiving bribes, and imposing “tribute” on large businesses in the Krasnodar Territory. In difficult times for Russia, such figures, by the very fact of being in service, already undermine confidence in the authorities among law enforcement officers and the population and, in general, undermine the foundations of the state.
