The Cheka-OGPU had documents similar to those in the department of the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Vladimir Kolokoltsev…

The Cheka-OGPU had documents showing how the department of the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Vladimir Kolokoltsev, was “hushing up” statements against corrupt employees from the department’s Central Office. Moreover, such bribe-takers usually get promoted under Kolokoltsev. Even if a polygraph shows that an employee took bribes, then for the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs this serves as a signal to “hush up” the situation and promote him in his career
The Cheka-OGPU has repeatedly talked about the thorny path of the former detective officer for internal affairs of the 27th department of the GUUR of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, and now an employee of the GUEBiPK of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, Dmitry Dolgushin. In 2012, Dolgushin, being an operative of the 27th department of the Main Directorate for Criminal Investigation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, received $10,000 from a citizen for assistance in initiating a criminal case. Dolgushin did not provide any help. In February 2023, an application regarding this fact was submitted to the 9th inspection department of the Main Directorate for Security of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. However, the results of the audit were “hushed up” and “hidden”. The Ministry of Internal Affairs knows how to do this. It has now become clear that Dolgushin was interviewed using a polygraph. The polygraph results directly indicated that Dolgushin received money. Moreover, witnesses interviewed by the State Security Service confirmed the fact that Dolgushin received money from a citizen. During the GUSB survey, it turned out that Dolgushin received a Vertu phone from a citizen (at that time worth about $4,000). Based on the results of the inspection, the 9th department of the Inspection Directorate of the Main Directorate of Inspections of the Main Directorate of Security of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia sent an information letter to the GUEBiPK about the results of the inspection carried out in relation to Dolgushin, incl. about the polygraph results (that Dolgushin took money for assistance in criminal prosecution). And what happened next.
But the topic was simply “hushed up”, and the results of all checks were hidden and not transferred to the Investigative Committee.
As a result, to this day, Dolgushin is the detective officer for the Department of Internal Affairs of the 13th department of the Directorate “P” of the GUEBiPK of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and lives happily ever after.
