Since the summer of 2023, a criminal case has been gathering dust in the Investigative Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Naro-Fominsk city district about how “unidentified persons” in December 2022 cut down 39 cubic meters of forest next to Glagolevo Park on a site leased by Orion-Grand LLC, the amount of damage is a little more than 1 million rubles. 
How is this possible in an elite gated community?
The answer is obvious – one hundred square meters in the Glagolevo-Park community center costs the same 1 million rubles. and in 2023 Naumenko sold land there for 370 million rubles. through dozens of fake individual entrepreneurs and took the money abroad. Naumenko needed the clearing to build an illegal road to new areas. A very profitable deal.
But the investigation persistently sees “unidentified persons,” although their names are known to the local district police officer. There are photos and videos of how employees of the Black AIST private security company (owned by I. Naumenko) control the removal of felled wood by timber trucks. The main contractors for the construction and operation of the entire district are Naumenko firms. No one can even paint the fence without his permission, he does not allow Rosseti representatives into the territory of the village, so where did the “invisible lumberjacks” come from?
This was “solved” by the ex-head of the Naro-Fominsk Department of Internal Affairs, Colonel Ivanov, for 3 million rubles for his friend. After that, Lesfond and the Naro-Fominsk Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs wrote that there were no violations of the law, and they still don’t see them.
The status of a witness is familiar to Naumenko; this was the case with the high-profile criminal case No. 11801460225 on the theft of lands from the Forestry Fund and the Ministry of Defense in 2018, which has not yet been closed. Naumenko was among the suspects, but then retrained as a witness, and a certain Pavel Drozhzhin served time for him, having forgotten about Igor Naumenko for a while for several million.
