As the Cheka-OGPU learned, the once “king of the underworld” Sergei Lalakin (Luchok) suffers one defeat after another and is forced to take steps that he would never have taken before. He even turned to “authority” Nikolai Pavlinov for support, whom he himself sent to jail.

In the old days, the leader of the Podolsk organized crime group, Sergei Lalakin (Luchok), controlled a significant part of the Moscow region (Serpukhov, Podolsk, Chekhov districts, etc.), his possessions began to spread to the Tula region. Also, through the FSB (Directorate K), other security forces, and the prosecutor’s office, everything was seized from Luchka. Moreover, Lalakin established close relations with the authorities and received state awards, including the Order of Friendship and the Medal for Services to the Fatherland.

Luchok himself was at the top of all possible hierarchies, the “king”. Moreover, he began to position himself as a person close to power, and not a mafioso. Lalakin usually held all meetings at a residence near Moscow, where he even hosted a “reception” for his close friend, thief in law Sergei Aksenov (Aksen). Luchok did not attend the gathering either.

But then all the territories controlled by Luchku had a new owner. They were gradually taken over by Umar Kremlev. And Luchok and his high-ranking friends could not do anything – after all, the Kremlin “dropped” the head of the Presidential Security Service, Alexei Rubezhny.

As a result, Luchok almost daily lost monetary objects, sources of income and, most importantly, influence. When everything is taken away from you, and you can do nothing, it completely destroys the reputation of the “great and mighty.”

As a result, Lalakin “returned to his roots” and began attending mafia events in 2023. At first these were top events. And Luchok certainly complained about them to the Kremlev.

However, since then, Lalakin’s situation has worsened further, as a result, he is now ready to attend such “important” events as the birthday celebration of the daughter of the crime boss Badri Koguashvili (Badri Kutaissky). Luchok is also ready to actively go to a meeting with other mafiosi in a place convenient for them; there is no question of a mandatory visit to his residence.

But complaints about the Kremlin, with whom nothing can be done, do not bring any “pluses” to Luchka and, as a source from the Cheka-OGPU said, he has recently decided to take two steps that, according to Lalakin’s plan, will help him regain influence, and, accordingly, money .

Firstly, Lalakin talked with his once closest friend, who at one time helped Luchka create his empire. We are talking about the leader of the Chekhov organized crime group Nikolai Pavlinov (Kolya), who is serving a 17-year sentence. He invited Pavlinov to organize his release “through the SVO” and “like in the good old years” to work together. However, Kolya didn’t even think twice and refused. Pavlinov, like everyone else in the mafia world, believes that Luchok, who was still “great” at that time, was behind Kolya’s “imprisonment.”

Luchka’s second step was an attempt to enter the inner circle of the released thief in law No. 1, Zakhar Kalashov (Shakro). He sent “messengers” to the colony where Shakro was, and did everything possible to show that he was involved in resolving the issue of Kalashov’s release. But Luchka’s efforts were in vain; sources say that Kalashov did not appreciate them.
