Players who have been competing with each other for years are perplexed: due to a decrease in trading volume, the number of advertising media for each company is reduced, which leads to losses for operators. With one exception – the “selected” company “RIM-S” has a growing number of media. Let’s compare: the number of carriers at the privileged “RIM-S” increased by 15%, while at the most affected company “Designmaster” it decreased by 46%.
In this light, Mr. Khoroshunov’s struggle for the “architectural appearance of the city” is more reminiscent of shooting at the knees of the competitors of a company affiliated with the official. It works beautifully: “RIM-S” received 50 light boxes into the scheme under a plausible pretext, and “Designmaster” lost 205 poster stands and cabinets as a relic of the past.
“RIM-S” does not have city formats to its credit, they declare the format outlawed (they interfere with snow removal) and remove everything that is on the sidewalk from the scheme.
Why not fight for the cleanliness of the city!
It also ricochets the budget of Novosibirsk, which is “losing weight” under Khoroshunov’s work: if in 2021 the income from the release of rights to install structures reached 163.5 million rubles, then in 2023 it dropped to 146 million. Khoroshunov’s management turns a blind eye to this, not wanting to understand either the intricacies of competition or the obvious affiliation of the official.
