The media report the arrest of bandits from Andrei Volov’s brigade, who committed a number of brutal murders in St. Petersburg in the 90s. Meanwhile, right now in the Leningrad region, bandits from the funeral organized crime group of Roman Ikizli are demanding from journalists the information of people who contacted the police with complaints about the chaos that criminals committed at one of the local cemeteries. The Cheka-OGPU has already told how militants from Moldavia-born Ikizli seize regional cemeteries one by one and begin to extort hundreds of thousands of rubles from ordinary citizens for burials, threatening to desecrate graves if they refuse. We also wrote that the bandits burn their cars to those who dare to resist, and some are severely beaten. In general, with the connivance of the police and the prosecutor’s office, the lawlessness of the 90s still flourishes in many cemeteries in the Leningrad region!
Another unprecedented story was found by journalists from the editorial office of MK in St. Petersburg. It turns out that members of the criminal group of Roman Ikizli organized an underground morgue right in a historical building in the center of the city of Lomonosov. Behind the façade of a cute late 19th-century house (pictured), black ritualists from Iriy LLC, during embalming, drain blood from bodies brought to their hospital morgue, and then simply throw it out onto the street. There, without any necessary sanitary standards or permits, corpses are stored, which are placed in coffins and handed over to relatives in the next room. At the same time, the quality of services is directly opposite to their prices – we have already written how one family was given the embalmed body of another person, which was buried while the real deceased lay in the refrigerator of the hospital morgue for several months.
Such outrageous cases continue due to the patronage of the Ikizli funeral gang from officials of various calibers and law enforcement officers. For example, the head of the Lomonosov district administration Alexei Kondrashov, the director of the local “Specialized Service” Anna Filina or the Lomonosov prosecutor Sergei Filichev.
In the meantime, Lomonosov’s law enforcement officers are marking time, the bandits are increasing their influence. After MK published an article about an attack by Ikizli militants on a funeral procession, the leader of the group demanded that the publication provide information by which the identities of those who contacted the police could be identified. It’s clear why he needs this, because the bandits’ methods do not change. So just a couple of weeks ago, as part of an interdepartmental operation, the police detained one of Ikizli’s assistants, a repeat offender Ivan Baranov (pictured), suspected of setting fire to several cars in the Pskov region. As we said, arson and beatings of dissatisfied people are the favorite tactics of this criminal group, as if copied from notes about the “dashing 90s”.

“Blood is poured into a bucket”: is there an underground morgue in Lomonosov?

The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation began an investigation into the Iriy funeral agency, which was complained about by residents of the village of Lebyazhye in the Lomonosovsky district of the Leningrad region. As the grief-stricken relatives of the deceased said, the company was allegedly engaged in imposing…
