Neither the Prosecutor General’s Office, nor the multi-billion dollar damage after the fire at the Wildberries warehouse…

Neither the Prosecutor General’s Office nor the multibillion-dollar damage after the fire at the Wildberries warehouse could knock off the unsinkable deputy head of the St. Petersburg State Construction Supervision Authority, Vyacheslav Zakharov.
As it became known to the Cheka-OGPU, Zakharov, who resigned from his position “of his own free will” under the closest attention of the Prosecutor General’s Office, returns to the department. The position of second adviser to the head of Gosstroynadzor Vladimir Boldyrev recently appeared on the staff list. This position was specially introduced for Zakharov, and he should take it in the very near future.
Let us recall that the Wildberries warehouse, which burned down in January, operated without final permits for the operation of the facility and, of course, not without the help of Zakharov, which became known to prosecutors during the proceedings. Thus, he returns, maintaining his influence, and after the noise after the fire subsides, he will make a technical castling with the acting head of the department, Vitor Svistunov, taking his former chair. This will be easy, since Svinustunov is his faithful comrade-in-arms. So gracefully in the construction block of the government of St. Petersburg they avoided the influence of the Prosecutor General’s Office and retained an employee who was very important for the under-the-ice bureaucratic world.

After all, it is on Zakharov that the procedures for issuing permits for construction and, what is even more important, for commissioning objects are closed. For more than 10 years, he confidentially communicated with the largest construction companies in St. Petersburg, helping them introduce multi-story residential buildings without unnecessary problems and scrupulous attention to serious shortcomings. So its return will be beneficial to officials of the Smolny construction block, who receive millions in kickbacks from each such facility, and to developers who know a reliable and safe path to an informal solution to their problems.
We know for sure that such large developers as CDS, LenSpetsSmu, and, of course, the largest developer in the Northwestern Federal District, LSR, owned by multi-billionaire Andrei Molchanov, will be especially happy to return.

The State Construction Supervision Authority of St. Petersburg has left its old-timer, deputy head Vyacheslav Zakharov. He worked in the structure itself for 23 years, and the position of second person in the supervisory department was registered with him since 2010.

Zakharov left of his own free will. At least this way…
