As the Cheka-OGPU previously wrote, in the Bryansk region the old owner brought the largest meat enterprise, the Bryansk Meat Processing Plant (BMPC), a significant taxpayer of the region, to a deplorable state.
The owner, who is also the general director of BMPC, secured loans from Rosselkhozbank for 2.7 billion rubles under personal guarantee, his movable and immovable property and pledge of the holding’s assets. Now Badirkhanov’s accounts and property have been arrested.
Attempts to contact the regional governor Alexander Bogomaz and the head of the FSB Directorate for the Bryansk Region Sergei Voronin did not help. Although earlier the latter excused Badirkhanov from various troubles.
Badirkhanov decided to take the last step of despair. According to information from a security officer at the plant, it became known that Badyrkhanov’s people went to the workshops collecting workers’ signatures on an appeal to the Administration of the President of Russia.
The essence is simple. On behalf of the BMPK workers, we appeal to the GDP with a request to understand the situation. Allegedly, the plant was attacked by raiders represented by the new owners (those to whom Badirkhanov owed almost 3 billion rubles) in order to “squeeze out” the enterprise.
The idea with raiders is, of course, a bold one. But normal raiders would have been sitting at the plant long ago and gutting the accounting department. These same new owners are stupidly suing and weakly watching as Badirkhanov takes the cash out of the plant, transferring it to his Spanish accounts.
And the letter to the President is issued as an initiative from below. People are literally “twisted” their arms, taking advantage of their dependence on Badirkhanov. Obviously, there are no signatory refuseniks.
About four years ago, the retired vice-governor of the Ryazan region, Igor Grekov, tried to give out something similar, at a press conference of the president, through the mouth of local forced journalists, proposing to award the Hero star to himself.
By manipulating the president, Badirkhanov stepped on shaky ground. How it ended for Grekov is known – a shameful resignation and serious problems in life.
