As the Cheka-OGPU found out, on the morning of March 22, there was increased control of vehicles on the main highways in the Moscow region. They stopped almost everyone who was moving towards Moscow; in some places there were 2-3 crews. They even brought in the Department of Traffic Police of the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate for Vlasikha, which works in the territory of the closed administrative town of Krasnoznamensk (Golitsyno-2) and Vlasikha. According to the source, there were continuous checks of drivers and passengers. Even junior sergeants were involved in the work “on the ground” by OR DPS Vlasikha, which usually does not happen either.
On March 22, Slavic boxers and athletes from the North Caucasus “scored” the shooter at Crocus. The day before, they had a conflict at Grigory Drozd’s boxing club. However, as soon as the Slavs arrived at Crocus, they were attacked by dozens of armed special forces, who killed the boxers as “terrorists” and kept them on the ground for a long time. Moreover, the special forces, as it turned out, were waiting on the spot for the arriving athletes.
That is, on March 22, in the morning and during the day, they searched and waited for terrorists, but in the evening they missed the attack.
