Directorate K of the FSB of the Russian Federation is clearing the department of the people of the former head of the FCS, Vladimir Bulavin. And testimony on them is given by the Deputy Director of the Federal Customs Service of Russia Denis Tereshchenko, who is involved in a number of criminal cases, including the case against the department’s chief IT specialist Dmitry Vasiliev.
According to the source, Bulavin’s protege Tereshchenko was considered the main “fixer” in the Federal Customs Service and was a participant in many corruption schemes. After Bulavin’s resignation, a number of senior FCS employees, including Vasiliev, went to jail. All activities were handled by the Directorate K of the FSB of the Russian Federation, which had food in the FCS that was far from the fight against corruption. Having “hooked” Tereshchenko, they made him a valuable source of evidence on various top managers of the Federal Customs Service close to Bulavin. And although Yagodkina has been working in the FCS system for a long time, her career took off when Bulavin headed the FCS.
All activities under the “Bulavin command” are led by the Deputy Head of the Federal Customs Service Oleg Gubaidulin, who is an employee of the Directorate of the FSB of the Russian Federation, seconded by the department. Gubaidulin’s friend and leader is the head of the K Department, Ivan Tkachev. He and his godfather, Prosecutor General Igor Krasnov, see their main goal as appointing a person close to them as head of the Federal Customs Service.
