In Kyrgyzstan, the criminal case against Russian businessman Pavel Tyo has been officially announced.
An official statement from the State Committee for National Security (SCNS) of Kyrgyzstan states that all charges and suspicions were dropped after the businessman flew to Bishkek and personally gave all the explanations. As it turned out, the version about the connection with Kolbaev appeared due to the fact that Pavel Te once hunted on his hunting grounds. In fact, it turned out that they did not know each other. Pavel Tyo bought a hunting tour from a travel agency, and was not Kolbaev’s guest, and there is an official contract for this. The case is closed, there is no international search, and maybe there never was.

The simplest version is that they caught one of the most prominent Russian developers, who, judging by official meetings at the highest level, may have been thinking about entering Kyrgyzstan as an investor.
