But the leadership of the Ministry of Emergency Situations avoided solving the problem, limiting itself to selectors from the capital. Suprunovsky has experience in extinguishing fires. but this emergency is not his front line of work. The lack of coordination at the federal level and the lack of participation of specialized specialists in the liquidation significantly complicates the rescue of people who are apparently unlikely to be saved. There is no coherence of professional actions due to the lack of professionals in the ministry. And the current leadership, who are capable of doing something, were not allowed to be liquidated at the instigation of the adviser to the minister Martynov.
