According to a source from the Cheka-OGPU, on Thursday, the once most famous bank arsonist, Evgeniy Dvoskin, received congratulations in his cozy chalet in the prestigious location of the South Coast (outskirts of Yalta). In an informal setting, new topics were discussed for the seizure of enterprises in Crimea from owners from Ukraine, the suspended situation around a large ship repair plant in the Azov-Black Sea basin, which was subjected to a raider attack by Dvoskina Co. in the fall of 2023.

Back in 2016, the plant, which arrived from Germany, was awaiting assembly in the seaport of Kamysh-Burun (Kerch) and was captured by Dvoskin and Co. through its construction of Geninvest LLC. In 2018, it was simply sawed into metal by Dvoskin and those involved with the removal of scrap by sea vessels from Kerch, after the bankster Shuvalov joined the development corporation in the summer of 2018.

After the destruction of the plant, Dvoskin and Co., covering their tracks, sold the dummy company “Geninvest” to a Moscow businessman who suffered from his actions, who discovered the loss of the plant. The head of VEB Shuvalov did not interfere with the Aksyonov-Dvoskin duo in achieving their goals and simply turned a blind eye to these losses amounting to tens of billions of rubles, just so as not to come into conflict with the unofficial owner of Crimea. According to the interlocutor of the Cheka-OGPU, Zhenya (Chigrash) Dvoskin was introduced to Shuvalov back in 2018 by the long-time partner of the head of VEB in murky schemes for disbursing budget funds on the project of the CSKA football club, who is also a problematic creditor of the state corporation, none other than the former head of the football club, Dvoskin’s old friend is Evgeniy Giner.
