Glyadelkin and Tkach were appointed to senior positions in one of the structures of the Baturino company Inteko. And Tkach soon became a major official of the Moscow government in the investment and construction sector. During these years, he became addicted to flying business jets and bought villas and apartments in Europe.
In 2009, Deputy Mayor of Moscow Alexander Ryabinin conveyed to Sergei Gledelkin Elena Baturina’s instructions to pay for the assets with which the Avenue Group was pumped up. But an organized group of migrants from the Ukrainian city of Smela boldly decided that they did not owe anything to anyone. Glyadelkin presented this request as extortion. And Ryabinin became a defendant in a criminal case.
When Yuri Luzhkov was sent into retirement, the new mayor of Moscow, Sergei Sobyanin, fired Igor Tkach from the civil service.
