The Glagolevo Park cottage community was built on land stolen from the state, but the machinations of the “developer” Igor Naumenko did not end there. In 2018, when dividing these assets, Naumenko received 500 million rubles. from their partners. The money was intended for the completion and improvement of Glagolevo Park to the concept advertised to buyers of plots, at the rate of 2 million rubles per household.
As usual, Igor Naumenko did not keep his promises – in 2019 he illegally transferred most of the money to Israel for the construction of a villa and other personal needs. An elite village in the Naro-Fominsk region turned into a long-term construction project; its residents were left with Naumenko’s vows and additional contributions to the Glagolevo Park management company for the construction of infrastructure.
The Black Stork private security company, owned by Igor Naumenko, collects money from 1,500 households for security. The cost of these services is an order of magnitude higher than that in other cottage villages in the Moscow region and regularly rises unreasonably.
Once Naumenko was punished for greed, he hid part of the 500 million rubles he received for a long time in the basement of his own house in Glagolevo Park, and when his own sewer system burst, on which he saved, he had to dry his fecal millions for a long time, hanging out every stinking bill on a clothespin.
As a result, over the 15 years of its existence in Glagolevo-Park, not a single life support facility has been completed: the water tower has not passed the examination and has not been put into operation; The sewage system secretly drains into the forest bordering the village and has almost completely destroyed it; there are problems with the power supply.
