— In comments on a social network, the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia, A. I. Bastrykin, received appeals about violation of the rights of participants in the shared construction of the Imeretin Heights residential complex in Sochi by Specialized Developer Margo LLC. In 2019–2021, citizens entered into contracts with a construction organization for the purchase of residential premises, but the construction of buildings was not completed. At the same time, the municipality revoked the previously issued construction permit, and in December last year filed a lawsuit to recognize the object as an unauthorized construction subject to demolition, says the press service of the Investigative Committee. 
Information that the Fifteenth Arbitration Court of Appeal accepted to the proceedings, a complaint from shareholders of the Imeretinsky Heights residential complex, which is located in the Adler district in Sochi, was published in case file . The plaintiffs are 25 shareholders. They are appealing the decision of the Arbitration Court of the Krasnodar Territory dated November 28, 2023, which ruled on the demolition unfinished buildings LCD.
