The party to the office space lease agreement on the part of the business center is NARTEX LLC (OGRN 1057813312017).
There has been an economic dispute between the tenant and the landlord since September 2023. total amount 3.3 billion rubles
Without agreeing peacefully with the tenant and without receiving rent, the landlord NARTEX LLC asked Gazprom Komplektatsii to vacate the occupied premises by 02/29/2024. The demand was ignored, which led first to a precautionary shutdown of elevators and hot water for a day, and on March 12 to a shutdown of all water supply, ventilation and elevators.
This is the “economic dispute” between Miller’s son-in-law, Alexander Kuznetsov (general director of Gazprom Komplektatsiya LLC) and the son of ex-deputy chairman Golubev.
