But he successfully liquidated his company “Windows PZSK”, which received orders precisely in the Krasnogvardeisky district of St. Petersburg.
However, signs of the business empire of the Razumishkin family in the Krasnogvardeisky district not only remain, but also continue to receive tidbits of construction contracts. Instead of “Windows PZSK” on the sidelines of the construction industry, limited to one area, the company “ST-Service” is thundering. In February of this year alone, she received contracts worth 50 million rubles. It must be admitted that she is not yet a candidate for the kings of government contracts, but it is still worth taking a closer look at her.
From the data of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, the editors know that ST-Service appeared on the horizon of the St. Petersburg business landscape in 2018. All this time it was owned by Evgeniy Belash, who is also the permanent general director. 
In 2011, Belash again appears in the public space as the general director of Windows PZSK. At the same time, Natalia and Alexander Razumishkin entered the capital of the window company, and after the sale of their shares in 2017, Belash worked in his previous position for only a few months. And after that he started his own business again.
Now Belasha’s company still works with social objects, providing itself with about a hundred million rubles in revenue annually. For example, ST-Service was involved in a well-promoted eSports center in the Krasnogvardeisky district.
We add that in the documents for the latest tender for a sports school, ST-Service indicates that during its work the company received 139 contracts worth 444 million rubles. If you look closely at the track record of Belash’s company, it becomes clear that almost all of them belong to the Krasnogvardeisky district. Despite the success with customers, ST-Service does not seem to be in a hurry to scale to other locations.
