A source from the Cheka-OGPU reports that the authorities are “working on the mistakes” when organizing electronic voting in Moscow. Previously, we reported about the real reasons for the problems with the DEG system – in September 2023, it was brought down by state employees. The order from the authorities to “vote for everyone and bring three friends or they will be fired” was conveyed especially clearly to municipal employees. They were even allocated a specific time slot – from 8.00 to 10.00 Friday, September 8th. Electronic suicide occurred: a budget DDoS attack disrupted plans to ensure maximum turnout in the first hours of voting and mixed up all electronic “boxes” and “ballots.” This time, the curators at the mayor’s office were given a slap on the fingers and asked not to overdo it. The plan to voluntarily force 3-5 Muscovites to vote for Putin and report back remains in force. Only this time, each Department (and all sub-departments) was assigned its own time – strictly three hours. The interlocutor noted that in this way it will be easier to control state employees and the likelihood of collapse will be reduced.
