Where does Aeroflot’s money go for office rent?

As it became known to the Cheka-OGPU, an unprecedented situation is currently unfolding in relation to the head office of Aeroflot; in fact, the money from the state company for renting the office goes straight to the notorious Ananyev brothers, previously accused of the largest banking scam in Russia, with the withdrawal of almost 2 billion abroad US dollars. Currently, the disgraced oligarchs, put on the international wanted list and, according to information from our sources, happily residing in Cyprus, continue to illegally profit, in fact, from the money of Russians, now through the implementation of another cunning scam.

Aeroflot’s head office is located in a beautiful building at the address: Moscow, st. Arbat, 1, owned by JSC Syracuse. This company is part of the PSN group of companies and is owned through numerous Cypriot companies and nominal owners by the Ananyev brothers. In turn, Syracuse is a debtor for obligations secured by the mortgage of this very building. The property situation of Syracuse is such that it is unable to pay off its debts, and its only significant asset is the mortgaged building on Arbat. It would seem that Aeroflot’s government money for renting an office should go to the mortgagee, but this is where the Ananyev brothers and the structures and defendants working for the brothers appear in the arena.

In May 2023, the Moscow Arbitration Court received an application from JSC Syracuse for its own bankruptcy. Until the case is considered and Syracuse is declared bankrupt, creditors cannot gain access to the money of Syracuse JSC, or even replace the stolen management, which is systematically siphoning off state rental money to structures controlled by the Ananyevs.

So the situation is that Aeroflot’s money cannot reach Syracuse’s creditors, but the Ananyev brothers regularly receive this money and, apparently, do not forget to share with those who actively help them with this, otherwise how can one explain that from May 2023 in relation to JSC “Syracuse” not even a monitoring procedure has been introduced at the debtor’s own request.
