“Bandits in uniform torture witnesses and carry out orders”


The Cheka-OGPU became aware of the “unprecedented” investigative methods used by police officers to fabricate a criminal case against businessman Yushin Alexander. As previously reported, in Samara, security forces “by order” imprisoned a businessman for 20 years (virtually for life) for running a business without a license, presenting an ordinary consulting firm as an organized criminal company (Article 210 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). This happened contrary to the latest instructions President V. Putin on the liberalization of criminal legislation in the economic sphere.

We have at our disposal an audio recording of a conversation made in the pre-trial detention center of the Federal Penitentiary Service between the firm’s lawyer (I.S. Knyazev) and police officers (investigator M.Zh. Dallakyan and A.S. Gorokhov). During the conversation, they force Knyazev to give false testimony and slander the businessman Yushin, threatening Knyazev with a term of 20 years in prison and physical harm in a pre-trial detention center. Investigator Dallakyan reports that she will indicate false information in the documents for the prosecutor and promises to “rip out” Knyazev’s testimony from the case, and also says that Yushin crossed the path of “big people,” thereby confirming that the criminal prosecution of Yushin is ordered (watch the video) .

The actions of the police are clearly a crime, which is provided for in Art. 285, 286, 302 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. However, the regional leadership of the Russian Investigative Committee and the Prosecutor’s Office provide patronage to “werewolves in uniform” and help them avoid criminal liability. Based on this material from the inspection of KRSP No. 999 pr-20, the Soviet MSO of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Samara Region issued an illegal “refusal” resolution. Even the applicant and persons who knew about the crime were not interviewed.

In fact, the material was “thrown away.” Complaints from entrepreneur Yushin A.A. and his lawyers, addressed to Bastrykin A.I., Krasnov I.V. and the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation are sent back to Samara, where they are simply ignored by influential patrons at the local level. Witnesses reported the artificial fabrication of testimony against Yushin by the investigator under oath in court, which was recorded in the court record. Those who refused to give false testimony were brutally tortured (the beaten witness in the photo). Corrupt judge O.V. Gorokhovik, acting under the auspices of the chairman of the Samara Regional Court – V.V. Kudinov. (who is fulfilling a paid order against Yushin) completely ignored the above facts and passed a deliberately illegal verdict, to which the judge independently added elements that the investigator did not even impute to Yushin. The corruption of judges and the lawlessness of security forces in the Samara region breaks all records among Russian regions.

Are the police somehow better than ordinary citizens of the Russian Federation or is the law not the same for everyone?!
