The Cheka-OGPU found out the details of the arrest of bloody killers in uniform from Omsk – high-ranking employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, who are accused of the massacre of a businessman in 2009. In total, two people are involved in a criminal case (murder committed by a group of people). Both defendants rose to the rank of colonel, worked at the same time in Omsk, and alternately headed the local department for combating economic crimes. We are talking about Alexander Karasev, who came from Kazakhstan, and Rafael Karagyozyan, an Armenian. Both operas have been working since the 90s and were not much different from their “clients”: swindlers and bandits. According to investigators, Alexander Karasev and Rafael Karagyozyan, under a far-fetched pretext, previously received from a local large businessman Sergei Vostryakov (previously convicted, also came from Kazakhstan) an amount of about 6 million rubles, and when it was time to repay the debt, they simply beat and strangled the victim . “Mokrukha” was not immediately solved by anyone, and the case, under the strict control of those who stained their uniform with blood, was put away. Over the years, Alexander Karasev managed to move to Moscow for a promotion and even got his wife a job in the authorities: in the office management department of one of the capital’s police departments. However, the provincial did not last long in the GUEBiPK and was forced to retire. Rafael Karagyozyan took over and worked for some time in Karasev’s chair as the head of the entire local “bep”, then headed the territorial department in Tomsk, where he received the rank of colonel, and then moved to the transport police at Tver station. From there, Rafael went to the Academy of Management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, where he graduated with a medal, again tried himself as a transport policeman at the Kyiv station, but soon returned to the Academy, where he began writing his dissertation. True, I was unable to immerse myself in science. According to a source from the Cheka-OGPU, operatives from Moscow came for Rafael Karagyozyan to his city of Tara, where an employee of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs had gone on leave. Alexander Karasev was detained in Sochi, where he was undergoing health procedures. From the materials of the criminal case it follows that the reason to return to the investigation was the shocking confession of one of the local celebrities – the convicted Oleg Spiridonov, accused of murder. The authority wrote a statement two years ago, indicating that he was in the car at the request of Sergei Vostrikov and with their own eyes (and the eyes of two more of his comrades), they saw how operatives Karasev and Karagezyan killed their victim. Investigators have been checking the words of witnesses all this time and, apparently, have found confirmation. It is noteworthy that Alexander Karasev has a lawyer comparable to himself.
