Let us recall that the reason for the attempts to call officials for questioning was certain information received from Gubaev’s wife, the closest relative of former senator Rauf Arashukov, Suzanna Gubaeva (Arashukova), who, for a bribe, tried to obtain access to information containing state secrets. 
The Cheka-OGPU has at its disposal a document that sheds light on many issues related to the war of the special services, which has been going on since the spring of 2022 due to the theft of RUSNANO funds through NeoTek.
It turns out that the attempt to obtain access to state secrets for Suzanna Gubaeva (Arashukova) with a bribe is not the only episode of her enterprise. As can be seen from the document already at the disposal of the investigation, the unemployed Suzanna easily “lends” millions of rubles to an employee of the FSB Directorate for Moscow and Moscow Region, who provides operational support to the criminal case in which her husband Nail Gubaev is the victim.
In principle, lending money in itself is not illegal, but only if the “loan” is not the victim, and the debtor is not the law enforcement officer leading the case.
The Cheka-OGPU will monitor the development of this case.
