Earlier, after an audit initiated by the Prosecutor General’s Office, members of the Federation Council and the State Duma, a corrupt connection between Nikolai Sidorov and Irina Orekhova with an employee of the Samara regional prosecutor’s office Anton Byakov was revealed, who for a long time covered them up in front of his leadership, deliberately distorting information about the real state of affairs. So far it has ended in incomplete service compliance.
Unfortunately, during the patronage of the Samara prosecutor Anton Byakov, Nikolai Sidorov and Irina Orekhova, enjoying complete impunity, in agreement with the German beneficiaries in Duisburg, managed to destroy part of the equipment, primarily the unique PSTR04 calibration unit, which caused serious damage to state interests due to its uniqueness characteristics of PSTR04, since this installation was used for verification of large-diameter flow meters by state metrological institutes and state corporations. Soon after the scandal with Byakov, a criminal case under Art. 167 of the Criminal Code (Deliberate destruction or damage to property) was finally initiated, but all design and technological documentation and software for calibration installations had already been stolen and destroyed.
After Nikolai Sidorov and Irina Orekhova miserably lost all their arbitration cases in the Arbitration Court of the Samara Region, they decided to change tactics and lawyers, and began to actively “bring in”. Surprisingly, the recent scandal with the chairman of the Sixth Court of Cassation, the story of Anton Byakov, a criminal case initiated, and the overall toxicity of Nikolai Sidorov and Irina Orekhova, who are still acting in the interests of former German shareholders, did not at all bother the judge of the 11th Court of Appeal Elena Popov, who in December 2023, for the “gratitude” of German clients, nullified the decision of the court of first instance to recover lost profits for a disrupted order for the strategic construction of the Omsk Oil Refinery, a subsidiary of Gazprom Neft, whose representatives were denied participation in the court hearing. At the same time, such big names and titles did not attract the attention of the acting director. Chairman of the court Oleg Likhomanenko, who ordered the adoption of the judicial act at the mercy of Elena Popova.
The already published court ruling of Ms. Popova looks so legally illiterate that it has already begun to be actively discussed in the Samara legal community and the local press and is a striking example of such called “reshuh” . Such confident actions of Judge Elena Popova certainly have their basis in the person of her patron, Oleg Likhomanenko. Therefore, his assistant decided not to wait for the fate of Alexander Efanov and decided to use German funds to provide for themselves before the arrival of the new leadership of this court.
