As it turned out, in conjunction with the Klimovitsky road workers, the longtime hero of the publication of the Cheka-OGPU is the former mayor of Yaroslavl, Vladimir Sleptsov, who almost went to prison for embezzlement during the governorship of Yaroslavl, presidential aide Dmitry Mironov, and is now hiding in a secondary position in RT-Invest. Sleptsov knew very well about the multibillion-dollar reconstruction project of Rostov promoted by Mironov. And together with his accomplices, the Klimovitskys, he overthrew the figure of the mayor of Rostov, Andrei Los, taking advantage of the inexperience of Governor Evraev. Considering Sleptsov’s connections, the Klimovitskys want to get away with it, and the hapless mayor of Rostov, Sergei Tikhomirov, will go to prison.
For them, the failure of the AP project is not only a way to make money, but also a way to show the insolvency of Governor Evraev. After all, Sleptsov, despite the fiasco as mayor of Yaroslavl and Solnechnogorsk, never abandoned his gubernatorial ambitions in relation to the Yaroslavl region.
